My husband of 41 years and I, raised our family in Colleyville, Texas, a sweet little city we watched grow into a busy metroplex. Four years ago, we relocated to the exciting city of Fort Worth, to downsize and simplify our lives. While raising our children, I became of woman of Christian faith and am still learning how to enrich my walk with God. I am a writer, gardener and horse lover. My life has been blessed with a vast number of experiences which include, grandparenting, raising children with special needs, adopting a foster child and watching my boys become active-duty soldiers. I’ve been an actor. I created an aerobic fitness business that I ran for 15 years. My strong, family has included many wonderful animals, that have walked by my side and carried me (literally) through great joys and heartbreaks. Currently, I have two horses, Dude an American Paint, and Roo my Arabian. In addition, my husband and I share our house with a particularly spoiled cat named Allie.
